📅 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of unexpected delays (we’re looking at you, apocalypse-level weather), we’ll let you know via email.

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number so you can stalk your package all the way to your doorstep.
❌ Undelivered Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you.
- Reshipping charges will apply for such cases.
⚠️ Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, snap some photos and contact us within 48 hours at [your email address] — we’ll sort it out.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, reach out within 24 hours so we can investigate.
